Soul Fries take loaded fries seriously: potatoes fresh cut and double fried for a fluffy inside and a crunchy outside, then loaded with everything from Korean pulled pork to vegan shawarma. Run by Tony and Charly since 2020, Bristol based but found at markets, breweries and festivals across the South West, with weddings, corporate and private events catered from a gazebo kitchen that sets up almost anywhere.
